AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
AMENDING THE "PRECISE ZONING MAP" AS ADOPTED BY
ORDINANCE NO. 115, SECTION 3.01.3 TO BE DESIGNATED
AS RZ 73-118 "AMENDMENT NO. 31".
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That to promote the general welfare and
classify, regulate, restrict and separate uses of land,
buildings and structures in providing for the orderly
growth of the City of San Juan Capistrano, the "Precise
Zoning Map" as adopted by Ordinance No. 115, Section
3.01.3 as the same is shown on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and by this reference made a part thereof.
SECTION 2. That portion of land now zoned U-1
(Unclassified) being 32 more or less acres and being
portions of Section 32, Township 7 South, Range 7 West,
and Section 5, Township 8 South, Range 7 West, San
Bernardino Base and Meridan, as more particularly de-
picted on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof, City of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange,
State of California, is hereby declared zoned R-1 Resi-
dential District.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be
published in a newspaper of general circulation in the
City of San Juan Capistrano within fifteen (15) days
after its passage.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 10th day of
December, 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: CHERMAK, GAMMELL, THORPE,
WEATHERS
NOES: COUNCILMEN: BYRNES
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: NONE
