AMENDING SEC7'10N 14 OP O?tI)INI<NCP: NO. 241 RIL,hl SNC
THE CITY COUNCIL OP '1'fiE CITY OF SAN JUAN DOSS 0RD-',1`? AS
FOLLOWS:
SEC_T_ION I. Section 14 (a) be and is hereby amended to read
as follows-.
"(a) Section I3 of this ordinance sha beccme
operative on January 1st of the year fnllowiriy the year
in which the State Board of Equalization adopts an
assessment ratio for state -assessed propert%,7 which is
identical to the ratio which is required for i.ncal
assessments by Section 40.1 of the Revenue and Taxation
Code, at which time Section 12 of this ordinance shall
become inoperative."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause the same to be. published once in a newspaper
of general circulation published in the City of San Juan Capistrano
within fifteen (15) days following the adoption thereof.
