AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
AMENDING THE PRECISE ZONING MAP AS ADOPTED BY
ORDINANCE NO. 115, SECTION 3.01,3 TO BE DESIGNATED
RZ 73-114, AMENDMENT NO, 31,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. That to promote the general welfare and classify,
regulate, res ric and separate uses of land, buildings and structures
in providing for the orderly growth of the City of San Juan Capistrano,
the "Precise Zoning Map" as adopted by Ordinance No. 115, Section
3.01.3, is hereby amended and designated as Amendment No. 31 as the
same is shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made
a part thereof.
SECTION 2. That portion of land now zoned R-1 (Single family
residentia istrict, being 20 more or less acres, and comprising
Lots 49 through 53 of Tract No, 8319 and Lots 108 through 118 of
Tract No. 8087, City of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State
of California, is hereby designated and declared to be zoned E-2
District.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
thirty (30 ays rom and after its passage.
SECTION 4, The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance the same to be published within fifteen (15)
days after the passage thereof in a newspaper of general circulation.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of January, 1974,
by the following vote, to wit:
