ORDINANCE NO. 243
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 21, AND AUTHORIZING ES-
TABLISHMENT OF BONDS FOR CITY CLERK AND TREASURER
BY RESOLUTION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 21 be and is hereby repealed and the
City Council be and is hereby authorized to set and establish the
bonds for the offices of City Treasurer and City Clerk by resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of October, 1973,
by the following vote, to wit:
