ORDINANCE NO. 240
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
AMENDING THE "PRECISE ZONING MAP" AS ADOPTED BY
ORDINANCE NO. 115, SECTION 3.01.3 TO BE DESIGNATED
AS Ri, 73-110 - "AMENDMENT NO. 30".
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That to promote the general welfare and classify,
regulate, restrict and separate uses of land, buildings and struc-
tures in providing for the orderly growth of the City of San Juan
Capistrano,the "Precise Zoning Map" as adopted by Ordinance No.
115, Section 3.01.3, is hereby amended and designated as Amendment
No. 30 as the same is shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by
this reference made a part thereof.
SECTION 2. That portion of land now zoned U-1 (Unclassified)
being 35 more or less acres and being portions of Section 32,
Township 7 South, Range 7 West, and Section S,Township 8 South,
Range 7 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridan, as more particularly
depicted on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof,
City of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California,
is hereby declared zoned R-1 (2.5) District.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published in a newspaper
of general circulation in the City of San Juan Capistrano within
fifteen (15) days after its passage. '
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of September, 1973,
by the following vote, to wit:
