AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 182 RELATING
TO MAILING OF NOTICES AND REPEALING ORDINANCE
NO. 233.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 182 shall be amended
to include the following definition:
(f) The term "registered mail" shall mean and
include "registered or certified mail".
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 233 hereby is repealed.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in a newspaper
of general circulation in the City of San Juan Capistrano within
fifteen (15) days following the passage thereof.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of September, 1973,
by the following vote, to wit:
