AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 123 RELATING TO FRUIT
AND VEGETABLE STANDS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 4 of Ordinance No. 123 is hereby
amended to read:
"Section 4. This ordinance shall not apply,
except for Section 1, thereof, to _etail
sales or deliveries to residences used for
dwelling purposes regardless of the zone
classification involved or the street
location.
Furthermore, Section 3 hereof shall not
apply to stands, counters or other facilities
utilized for the sale of,£ruits, vegetables,
and other agricultural products produced upon
or adjacent to the land where such facilities
or structures are located."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause the same to be published within fifteen
(15) days following the adoption thereof in a newspaper of general
circulation in the City of San Juan Capistrano.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of September,
1973, by the following vote, to wit:
