ORDINANCE NO. 393
AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 321 -
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 321
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA,
DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Amendment.
A. Section 3 B of Ordinance No. 321 is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"B. Membership: The Cultural Heritage Commission
shall consist of a total of seven (7) members,
two (2) of whom are not required to be resident
electors of the City. A majority of the
current appointed membership shall constitute
a quorum at all meetings. A quorum must
include three resident electors of the City."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force 30 days after its passage.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and cause same to be posted in the
duly designated posting places within the City of San Juan
Capistrano within 15 days after its passage.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of
December , 1977, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Sweeney, McDowell, Friess, Nash
and Mayor Heckscher
