AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE NO. .295 -
TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.. 295
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA,
DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Amendments
The following Articles of Ordinance No. 295 are hereby
amended to conform with the provisions of the California Vehicle
Code:
"Article 4-2. Establishment of Parking Meter Zones
Parking meter zones may be established and
determined by ordinance of the City Council."
"Article 4-6. Fees
The parking meter fees for the parking meter
zones shall be as prescribed by ordinance of
the City Council."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force 30 days after its passage. .
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and cause same to be posted in the
duly designated posting places within the City of San Juan
Capistrano within 15 days after its passage.

November , 1977, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Sweeney, McDowell, Friess, Nash,
and Mayor Heckscher
