AMENDMENT TO T
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO,
CALIFORNIA, INCORPORATING BY REFERENCE COUNTY OF
ORANGE CODE PROVISIONS (SECTIONS 4-3-200 ET. SEQ.)
RELATING TO HAZARDOUS MATERIALS DISCLOSURE BY
ADDING CHAPTER 10, ENTITLED "HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
DISCLOSURES" TO THE MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA,
HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
Chapter 10 entitled "Hazardous Materials Disclosure" is
hereby added to Title 6 "Sanitation and Health" of the Municipal
Code to read as follows:
"Chapter 10. Hazardous Materials Disclosure.
"Section 6-10.01. Adoption of County Ordinance
on Hazardous Materials
Disclosure.
"For purposes of providing for the disclosure of
hazardous materials, Orange County Code Sections
4-3-200 et. seq., adopted by the Board of
Supervisors of the County on January 1, 1986,
three copies of which are on file in the office of/
the City Clerk for public record and inspection,
is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of
this Chapter as though set forth in this Chapter
in full, subject, however, to any amendments,
additions or deletions set forth in this Chapter,
and said provisions shal be known as the
disclosure requirements for hazardous materials."
"Section 6-10.02. Fees.
"Fees to be paid by persons covered by this Chapter
shall be those as set forth in Resolution by the
County Board of Supervisors."
SECTION 2. Effective Date.
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty
(30) days after its passage.

20 SECTION 3. City Clerk's Certification.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published once as required by
law and posted at the duly designated posting places within the
City of San Juan Capistrano within fifteen (15) days after its
passage.
