AMENDMENT TO TITLE 9 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE - SECTION 9-3.304,
TO INCLUDE RV STORAGE AS A CONDITIONAL USE
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO,
CALIFORNIA, ADDING SECTION 9-3.304(i) TO THE MUNICIPAL
CODE TO INCLUDE RECREATIONAL VEHICLE STORAGE
FACILITY TO THE LIST OF CONDITIONAL USES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Findings.
The City Council finds that:
A. A duly noticed public hearing has been held to receive and
consider testimony regarding the proposed amendment.
B. The City's Environmental Review Board has reviewed the
amendment set forth herein and has determined that it will not
have a significant impact on the environment and issued a
Negative Declaration.
C. The Planning Commission has reviewed this item and forwarded it
to the City Council recommending approval.
D. This Municipal Code amendment will require recreational vehicle
storage facilities to be considered as a conditional use which is
consistent with the purpose and intent of the District.
SECTION 2.
A. Introduction.
Amendment Text.
Based upon the findings set forth in Section 1, preceding, the following
amendment to the Municipal Code set forth under Paragraph B, following, is hereby
enacted.

B. Amendment.
1. Section 9-3.304, Specified Uses Requiring Conditional Use Permits,
is hereby amended to read as follows:
(i) Recreational Vehicle Storage Facilities.
SECTION 3. Effective Date.
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its

SECTION 4.
Clerk's Certification.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause the
same to be published once as required by law and posted at the duly designated posting
places within the City of San Juan Capistrano within fifteen (15) days after its passage.
