AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO,
CALIFORNIA, REPEALING SECTION 4-2.07, ENTITLED "PERMITS
FOR MANUFACTURING, SALE AND DISCHARGE OF
FIREWORKS," OF CHAPTER 2 "FIRE PREVENTION" OF TITLE 4
"PUBLIC SAFETY" OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Repealer.
Municipal Code Section 4-2.07, entitled "Permits for Manufacture, Sale and
Discharge of Fireworks" of Chapter 2 "Fire Prevention" of Title 4 "Public Safety" of the
Municipal Code is hereby repealed in its entirety.

This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its
