SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO CITY COUNCIL
SPECIAL MEETING
Mayor Taylor called the Special Meeting of the San Juan Capistrano
City Council to order at 4:35p.m. in the City Council Chamber.
ROLL CALL:
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Roy L. Byrnes, M.D., Larry Kramer and Mayor
John Taylor.
COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT: Derek Reeve and Mayor pro tern Allevato.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: None.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
1. REVISED SECOND AMENDMENT WITH ACCRETIVE REALTY INVESTMENTS,
LLC FOR THE PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT RELATING TO LOT 217
(PARCEL NO . 650-592-02), APPROVED (600.30)
Hans Van Ligten, City Attorney, provided a staff report and responded to
questions.
Council Action: Moved by Council Member Byrnes, seconded by Council Member
Kramer, and carried 3-0 with Council Member Reeve and Mayor pro tern Allevato
absent to approve a revised Second Amendment to the Purchase and Sale
Agreement with Accretive Realty Investments, LLC (Accretive Realty), to clarify
Accretive Realty's post-closing obligations relating to Lot 217 (Parcel No. 650-592-
02); and authorize the Mayor to execute the Amendment.

City Council Chamber.
