SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
SPECIAL MEETING
Chair Freese called the January 24, 2012, Special Meeting of the
Community Redevelopment Agency Board of Directors to order at 4:35 p.m.
Director Kramer led the Pledge of Allegiance.

DIRECTORS PRESENT: Larry Kramer, Sam Allevato, Vice -Chair John Taylor, and
Chair Laura Freese
DIRECTORS ABSENT: Director Reeve
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: None
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Board Action: Moved by Director Allevato, seconded by Director Kramer, and
carried 4-0, with Director Reeve absent to approve item 1, as recommended by staff.
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MINUTES — REGULAR MEETING
OF JANUARY 17, 2012, APPROVED
2. CRA RESOLUTION NO. 12-01-24-01 ADOPTED AMENDING
THE ENFORCEABLE OBLIGATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE DATED
NOVEMBER 15, 2011 (400.80)
Vice -Chair Taylor recused himself and left the Council Chamber due to proximity
of numerous Redevelopment Agency properties to his residence.
Vanessa Locklin, Stradling, Yocca, Carlson & Rauth, provided a staff report and
responded to questions. Cindy Russell, Finance Officer, responded to questions.
Board Action: Moved by Director Allevato, seconded by
Director Kramer, and carried 3-0 with Director Reeve absent and Vice -Chair
Taylor recused to adopt Resolution No. 12-01-24-01 entitled "A RESOLUTION
OF THE SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
AMENDING THE ENFORCEABLE OBLIGATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE
DATED NOVEMBER 15, 2011."
