ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
Mayor Nielsen called the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at
4:05 p.m. in the City Council Chamber.
ROLL CALL
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Sam Allevato, Tom Hribar, Laura Freese,
Mayor pro tem Dr. Londres Uso and Mayor Nielsen
COUNCIL MEMBERSIDIRECTORS ABSENT: None

Patrick Crowley, City resident, felt City Manager should be more proactive with
immigration issues and facilitate communication with residents.
Cheryl Burns, City resident, requested that the City Manager be more involved with
overcrowding issues for the safety of residents.
CLOSED SESSION (610.85) Sessio
A Closed n was held for the following purposes, as authorized by statute:
a. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, the City Council evaluated the
performance of the City Manager.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED SESSION ACTIONS: There were no reportable
actions taken during closed session.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Mayor Nielsen adjourned the meeting at 7:30 p.m. to
Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. for Closed Session and 6.30 p.m. for the
public Business Session, in the City Council Chamber.
