ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Soto called the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of San
Juan Capistrano to order at 5:00 p.m. in the City Council Chamber.
ROLL CALL
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Sam Allevato, Tom Hribar, Dr. Londres Uso (absent
at roll call, arrived at 5:06 pm) Mayor pro tem Mark Nielsen and Mayor Joe Soto
' COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT: None
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS:
Mayor Soto invited the public to provide comment. There was no public comment and
the meeting was moved to Closed Session chambers.
ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS
1. CITY COUNCIL TOUR AND INSPECTION OF TRABUCO CREEK ROAD AND
ROSENBAUM ROAD, EAST OF RANCHO VIEJO ROAD: NO ACTION TAKEN

The City Council toured and inspected Trabuco Creek Road and Rosenbaum
Road. The area is approximately % mile long and extends easterly from Rancho
Viejo Road to the City limit.
Council Action: No council action was taken

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor Soto adjourned the meeting at 6:00 p.m. to
Tuesday, November 2, 2008 at 5:30 p.m. for Closed Session, and 6:30 p.m. for the
public Business Session in the City Council Chamber.
