ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING OF THE SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Juan Capistrano
Community Redevelopment Agency was called to order by Chairman
Bland at 6:13 p.m., in the City Council Chamber.
ROLL CALL PRESENT: Anthony L. Bland, Chairman
Lawrence F. Buchheim, Director
Kenneth E. Friess, Director
Phillip R. Schwartze, Director
ABSENT: Gary L. Hausdorfer, Vice Chairman
STAFF PRESENT: Stephen B. Julian, Executive Director; Mary Ann
Hanover, Secretary.
CLOSED SESSION
The Board recessed to a Closed Session at 6:14 p.m., for
discussion of personnel matters, the Secretary being excused
therefrom, and reconvened at 7:18 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
It was moved by Councilman Schwartze, seconded by Councilman
Friess and unanimously carried that the meeting be adjourned to
the next regular meeting date of Tuesday, December 7, 1982, at
7:00 p.m., in the San Juan Capistrano City Council Chamber.
