ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING OF THE SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Juan Capistrano
Community Redevelopment Agency was called to order by Chairman
Bland at 7:04 p.m., in the City Council Chamber.
ROLL CALL PRESENT: Anthony L. Bland, Chairman
Gary L. Hausdorfer, Vice Chairman
Lawrence F. Buchheim, Director
Kenneth E. Friess, Director
Phillip R. Schwartze, Director
ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: Stephen B. Julian, Executive Director; Mary Ann
Hanover, Secretary.
CLOSED SESSION
The Board recessed to a Closed Session at 7:05 p.m., for
discussion of personnel matters, the Secretary being excused
therefrom, and reconvened at 9:25 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was
adjourned at 9:25 p.m., to the next meeting date of Wednesday,
December 1, 1982, at 5:00 p.m., in the San Juan Capistrano City
Council Chamber.
