BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Juan Capistrano
Community Redevelopment Agency was called to order by Chairman Hausdorfer at 5:12
p.m., in the City Council Chamber.

CLOSED SESSION
The Board convened in a Closed Session at 5:13 p.m., for discussion of acquisition of
property in the Historic Town Center, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, the
Agency Secretary being excused therefrom, and reconvened at 5:58 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 5:59
p.m., to the next regular meeting date of Tuesday, October 20, 1987, at 7:00 p.m., in the
City Council Chamber.
