The Board met in a Closed Session at 5:00 p.m. for the following item:
Conference with Real Property Negotiator and Legal Counsel per Government Code Sections
54956.9(c) and 54956.8 regarding the renegotiation or termination of lease for Vaquero West
Mercantile located at 26755 Verdugo Street, San Juan Capistrano; Tim and Louella Holstein,
sublessees.
The Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of San Juan Capistrano Redevelopment
Agency was called to order by Chairman Hart at 7:47 p.m. in the City Council Chamber. Mayor
Swerdlin had previously indicated there were no actions to report on the Closed Session items.
