Minutes of the Regular Adjourned Meeting of the City Council of San Juan Capistrano
NOVEMBER 25, 1964
The regular adjourned meeting of the City Council was called to order at
10:15 A. M., by Mayor Don Durnford.
The City Clerk called the roll: Councilmen present were: William A.
Bathgate, Antonio M. (Tony) Olivares and Don Durnford. Councilmen absent
were: Carl E. Buchheim and Edward S. Chermak.
T. J. Meadows, Director of Public Works, was called upon to read the
total amounts of bids of those bidding on the

Councilman Bathgate made a motion to refer all bids to the Director of
Public Works and Engineering -Science, Inc., for recommendation to the City
Council. Councilman Olivares seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
