Then the City Clerk immediately issued a certificate of election and
amdnistered the oath to William A. Bathgate and Carl E. Buchheim, being duly
elected by the aforementioned election.
However, recognizing the recent acceptance of the resignation of a fellow
councilman, Councilman Durnford offered motion duly seconded by Councilman
Buchheim to defer any action for selecting the new Mayor.
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 P. M.
