Minutes of the Regular Adjourned Meeting of the City Council of San Juan Capistrano
NOVEMBER 27, 1963
The regular adjourned meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor
William A. Bathgate at 9:02 P.M., Wednesday, November 27, 1963.
The City Clerk called the roll: Councilmen present: Carl Buchheim, Don
Durnford, Antonio M. (Tony) Olivares, and William A. Bathgate. Councilmen absent
were: Eric F. Cliff.
Relative to the consideration of the provisions of the Joint Powers Agreement
with the Capistrano Beach Sanitary District and subsequent the attendance of a
meeting with the Board of Directors, Councilman Durnford offered a resolution to
authorize the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute said agreement with the addenda
sheets of "Exhibit A" and "Exhibit B" attached thereto. The resolution was passed,
adopted, and approved by a unanimous vote.
The meeting adjourned at 9:22 P.M.
