On October 21, 1963, there being no quorum, the City Clerk adjourned the meeting
to a time certain to be held 7:30 P.M., Friday, October 25, 1963•
Minutes of the Regular Adjourned Meeting of the City Council of San Juan Capistrano
OCTOBER 25, 1963
The Regular Adjourned Meeting of the City Council was called to order at 7:33
P.M., by Mayor William A. Bathgate. -
Roll was called: Councilmen present were: Carl E. Buchheim, Don Durnford,
Antonio M. (Tony) Olivares, and William A. Bathgate. Councilmen absent. Eric F.
Cliff.
Councilman Durnford made a motion to have the second reading of the proposed
ordinance calling for a bond election by title only. Councilman Buchheim seconded
the motion and it carried by a majority vote. City Attorney, John Dawson, read the
proposed ordinance by title only, this constituted the second reading of proposed
Ordinance No. 76.
Councilman Buchheim offered a resolution to adopt Ordinance No. 76. Discussion
was held. The resolution was accepted, adopted and passed by a unanimous vote of
those present.
The meeting adjourned at 8:25 P.M.
