3. Mayor Bnchheim allocated time to each incumbent candidate for
City councilman, to exnress his views to the people.
4. Councilman Bathgate related the matter regarding water rights
and the application of Erwood G. and Drusilla. R. Edgar.
Motion made, secondeci, and carried, that copies of letters by given
T. J. Meadows for study and review.
5. Mayor Buchheim extended his gratitude to his fellow councilman
and commended them for their efforts, "uring the past year.
The meeting adjourned until 7:30 P.T'., Tuesday, April 10, 1962, in
order to canvass the ballots of the special bond election for the San
Juan Capistrano Municipal Sewer District No. 1. y — 9 - 6i

The City Council reconvened at 7:30 P.M.
Councilman present were: William A. Bathgate, Edwnrd S. Chermak,
Don Durnford, "ntonio M. Olivares, and Cgrl. E. Buchheim.
The City Council canvassed the ballots of the 'Special Bond Elect-
ion' for the San Juan Municipal Sewer District No. 1 and adopted a res-
olution: Resolution No. 62- 4-10-1, "Resolution of the City Council of
the City of San Juan Capistrano, California, declaring the result of the
canvass of the election returns of the Special Bond Election held in San
Juan Capistrano Municinal Sewer District No, 1 on April 3, 1.962."

Councilman present were: William A. Bathgate, Edward S. ;hermak,
Don Durnford, Antonio M. Olivares, and Carl E. Buchheim.
Flection returns of the General Municipal Election were canvassed.
Note was made as to the complete and full certification of the election
needed.
Thereupon, the City Council offered and adopted a resolution: Re -
solation No. 62-4-17-1, "A resolution of the City Council of the City
of San Juan Capistrano, California, rec�_ting the fact of the General Mu-
nicipal Election held in said City of San Juan Capistrano on the 10th
