MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING
of the City Council of San
Juan Capistrano
August 29, 1968
The Special Meeting was called to order by Mayor Edward S.
Chermak at 5:07 PM.
This meeting was called for the purpose of establishing the tax
rate for fiscal year 1968-69 by the Board of Directors of Capistrano
Beach Maintenance District No. 1.
All members of the City Council were present.
The item of business for the special call was prefaced with
statements from the City Clerk relating the basis for consideration.
Discussion followed with further explanation being projected.
Thereupon, Councilman Bathgate offered Resolution No. 68-8-29-1,
"A Resolution of the Board of Directors of Capistrano Beach Maintenance
District No. 1 Establishing the Tax Rate for Fiscal Year 1968-69"
The resolution was accepted and adopted by a unanimous vote
of the City Council.
There being no further business authorized to be discussed,
the meeting adjourned at 5:19 PM.
