cation to Alcoholic Beverage Control for liquor license and transfer in
location.

Posting of notices for proposed Assessment District No. 66-1 completed.
(d) City Engineer, Jack Y. Kubota
(1) Plans reviewed for proposed Junior High School to be located on Camino
del Avion at Del Obispo.
(2) Plan checking Tentative Tract #6365 (Airport Industrial Tract).
(3) Final installation of curb and gutter for Carl Tuck division of land
condition.
(4) Observing installation of sewers and storm drains in Tract 6244 (Darmi).
(e) Councilman Bathgate
(1) Requested a consideration for providing a pedestrial walkway along the
easterly side of Camino Capistrano from Calle Chueca to La Zanja between
the existing sections of constructed sidewalks. Discussion reflected
concern for adequate space with regard to existing drainage ditch and
trees that occupy the section. Councilman Bathgate made a motion, duly
seconded by Councilman Olivares, that the City Engineer be directed to
investigate the matter for feasibility. Motion was passed and so ordered.
(2) Commended the property owner of the improvement of buildings containing
Patterson's Machine Shop southerly to Yorba Street for the magnificent
"face lifting" and conformity to Spanish design and atmosphere. Com-
mendation was thus offered by resolution which was accepted and adopted
by unanimous vote.
REORGANIZATION
Matter continued until next regular meeting of the City Council.
