ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING -CITY COUNCIL -CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
An adjourned regular meeting of the City Cour.cil,held jointly
with the Parks & Recreation Commission,was called to order by Mayor
James F. Thorpe at 7:00 p.m.
Roll Call: Councilmen Present: Roy L. Byrnes, Edward S. Chermak,
Josh Gammell, and James F. Thorpe
Councilmen Absent: James K. Weathers
A discussion took place amongst the Council and Commission which
included various aspects of the City's Parks and Recreation Program.
It was moved by Councilman Byrnes, seconded by Councilman Gammell,
and.unanimously carried, that the Mayor be authorized to have a resolu-
tion prepared for consideration at the November 27 Council meeting,
declaring the Council's intent regarding the Parks & Recreation Program
and providing direction to the Parks & Recreation Commission.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:15 p.m.
