It was moved by Councilman Heckscher, seconded by Councilman Sweeney
and unanimously carried the City of San Juan Capistrano has reviewed
the "Revised Alternative" dated September 27, 1974, and has the
following reservations regarding that plan:
1. The density in Area 4B should be reduced to
2 units per acre;
2. Development in Area 4A should reflect ridgeline
preservation;
3. Concern over development occurring in geologic
hazard areas in Areas 4B and 5; and
4. That the County should impose hillside development
regulatioi:s similar to the City's in the development
of Areas 4A, 4B, and 5.
