ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
The adjourned regular meeting of the City Council was called to order
by Mayor Byrnes at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chamber of City Halt.
ROLL CALL: COUNCILMEN PRESENT: Roy L. Byrnes, Mayor
James K. Weathers, Mayor pro tem
Councilman Yvon 0. Heckscher
Councilman John B. Sweeney
Councilman Douglas B, Nash
COUNCILMEN ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: Donald G. Weidner, City Manager; George Madsen,
Sr. Project Engineer; William Murphy, Director of Public Works;
John O'Sullivan, Director of Finance; David Smith, Director of
Planning.
DISCUSSION OF 1974-75 PROPOSED BUDGET AND FISCAL AND
COMMUNITY SERVICES PROGRAM
Review of the proposed 1974-75 budget was continued with examination
and discussion of the proposed budget for the entire Public Works
Department. Considerable time was spent on review of the Engineering
Department budget.
RECESS AND RECONVENE
Council recessed at 8:30 P.M. and reconvened at 8:40 P.M. to continue
the budget discussion.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Council, the meeting was
adjourned at 9:30 P.M. to the next meeting date of June 17, 1974, at
7:00 P.M. in the City Council Chamber,
