ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA
Mayor Friess called the joint meeting of the City Council and
Planning Commission to order at 6:00 P.M., in the City Council
Chamber. The City Clerk called the roll as follows:
ROLL CALL CITY COUNCIL: Kenneth E. Friess, Mayor
Lawrence F. Buchheim, Councilman
Gary L. Hausdorfer, Councilman
Phillip R. Schwartze, Councilman
ABSENT: James F. Thorpe, Mayor pro tem
PLANNING COMMISSION: Mary Abe, Commissioner
ABSENT: Michael Berns, Chairman
Dee Tyler, Vice Chairman
Robert Davies, Commissioner
Michael Imlay, Commissioner
STAFF PRESENT: James S. Mocalis, City Manager; Thomas G. Merrell,
Director of Community Planning and Development; William D. Murphy,
Director of Public Works/City Engineer; James S. Okazaki, City
Attorney; Mary Ann Hanover, City Clerk.
ADJOURNMENT
Due to a lack of quorum of Members of the Planning Commission, the
meeting was adjourned at 6:01 P.M., to the regular City Council
meeting of Wednesday, February 21, 1979, at 7:00 P.M., in the
City Council Chamber.
