Report dated August 31, 1982, from the City Manager.

Notice having been given as required by law, Mayor Buchheim
opened the Public Hearing; and, there being no response, closed
the Hearing with the right to re -open at any time.
Discussion:
Council Friess joined the meeting and requested
(a) consideration of salaries for Legislative Aides and the

the trails in the park system or as an adjunct to the recreation

events rather than from the equestrian community; Councilman
