SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA
The Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of San Juan
Capistrano, California, was called to order by Mayor pro tem
Hausdorfer at 4:12 p.m., in the City Council Chamber.
ROLL CALL PRESENT: Gary L. Hausdorfer, Mayor pro tem
Lawrence F. Buchheim, Councilman
Kenneth E. Friess, Councilman
ABSENT: Anthony L. Bland, Mayor
Phillip R. Schwartze, Councilman
(Councilman Schwartze arrived at
4:30 p.m.)
STAFF PRESENT: Stephen B. Julian, City Manager; William D.
Murphy, Director of Public Works; Thomas G. Merrell, Director of
Community Planning and Development; Mary Ann Hanover, City Clerk.
CLOSED SESSION
Council recessed to a Closed Session at
of personnel and legal matters, the City
therefrom, and reconvened at 5:20 p.m.

No action was taken on this item.
ADJOURNMENT
