ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA
The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of
San Juan Capistrano, California, was called to order by Mayor
Friess at 7:05 p.m., in the City Council Chamber.
ROLL CALL PRESENT: Kenneth E. Friess, Mayor
Gary L. Hausdorfer, Mayor pro tem
Anthony L. Bland, Councilman
Lawrence F. Buchheim, Councilman
ABSENT: Phillip R. Schwartze, Councilman
STAFF PRESENT: Stephen B. Julian, City Manager; Mary Ann
Hanover, City Clerk; Robert G. Boone, Director of Administrative
Services; Thomas G. Merrell, Director of Community Planning and
Development; Cheryl Johnson, Recording Secretary.
RECESS AND RECONVENE
Council recessed at 7:06 p.m., to convene the San Juan Capistrano
Community Redevelopment Agency, and reconvened at 7:10 P.M.

written Communications:
Report dated August 12, 1986, from the Director of Community
Planning and Development, advising that the process for
selling tax allocation notes began on June 3, 1986, and
citing the final steps to be taken by the Agency, which
included adoption of a Resolution of Issuance, approval of
the best bid and award of the Notes, and approval of
distribution of the Final Official Statement. The report
advised that if those steps were taken, Council must adopt a
resolution approving that action.

DETERMINATIONS RELATING THERETO

The Resolution approved issuance of an aggregate principal
amount of $6,250,000 of "San Juan Capistrano Community
Redevelopment Agency, San Juan Capistrano Central
Redevelopment Project Tax Allocation Notes, Issue of 1986."
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Council, the meeting
was adjourned at 7:11 p.m., to the next regular meeting date of
Tuesday, August 19, 1986, at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council
Chamber.
