ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA
The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of San Juan Capistrano, California was called
to order by Mayor Jones at 4:06 p.m. in the City Council Chamber to conduct a joint session with the
Community Redevelopment Agency for a status report on the Historic Town Center.

CITY MANAGER
1. HISTORIC TOWN CENTER UPDATE (400.20)
Written Communications:
Report dated May 4, 1993, from the Director of Planning, advising that four of a planned seven Historic
Town Center workshops have been conducted. The report forwarded copies of the workshop booklets
for each of the four workshops and summary reports of each session.
Exhibits were on display and Tom Tomlinson made an oral presentation. He reviewed the history of
planning efforts in the downtown area and discussed the progress made in the four workshops held to
date. He advised that the next workshop would be held Saturday, May 22, 1993.
