CALIFORNIA, HEREBY GIVES NOTICE THAT A SPECIAL MEETING WILL
BE HELD ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 1996, AT 10:00 A.M., IN THE SAN
JUAN CAPISTRANO CITY COUNCIL CHAMBER FOR THE PURPOSE OF
HOLDING A CLOSED SESSION REGARDING THE FOLLOWING:

Section 54956.9(a) for the case known as M&M Jewelers, et al. vs City of San Juan
Capistrano
2. Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation pursuant to Government Code
Section 54956.9(a) for the case known as Trackside Dining, Inc., vs City of San Juan
Capistrano
Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation, pursuant to Government
Code Section 54956.9(b), for significant exposure to litigation in 2 cases and
Government Code Section 95456.9(c), the initiation of litigation in 2 cases.
