SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Campbell called the October 3, 2023, Regular Meeting of the San Juan Capistrano
Housing Authority to order at 6:38 p.m.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair John Campbell, Vice-Chair John Taylor and
Commissioners Troy Bourne, Howard Hart, and Sergio Farias.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes’ reader but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Farias, seconded by Vice-Chair Taylor, and
carried unanimously to approve consent calendar item B1 and B2, as recommended by
staff.
B1. HOUSING AUTHORITY MINUTES – ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING OF
SEPTEMBER 5, 2023, APPROVED
B2. CASH AND INVESTMENT REPORT FOR THE MONTH ENDED JULY 31, 2023,
RECEIVED AND FILED (330.50)

ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Chair Campbell adjourned the meeting at 6:39 p.m. to
Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. for a public Business Session, in the City
Council Chamber – Nydegger Building, 31421 La Matanza Street, San Juan Capistrano.
