SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Campbell called the September 5, 2023, Regular Meeting of the San Juan
Capistrano Housing Authority to order at 6:36 p.m.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair John Campbell, Vice-Chair John Taylor and
Commissioners Troy Bourne, Howard Hart, and Sergio Farias.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes’ reader but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Hart, seconded by Vice-Chair Taylor, and
carried unanimously to approve consent calendar item B1 through B4, as recommended
by staff.

There being no further business, Chair Campbell adjourned the meeting at 6:37 p.m. to
Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. for a public Business Session, in the City Council
Chamber – Nydegger Building, 31421 La Matanza Street, San Juan Capistrano.
