SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Hart called to order the June 20, 2023, Regular meeting of the San Juan Capistrano
Public Financing Authority at 7:35 p.m., in the City Council Chamber.
DIRECTORS PRESENT: Chair Howard Hart, Vice-Chair Sergio Farias, and Directors
John Taylor and John Campbell.
DIRECTORS ABSENT: Troy Bourne.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes’ reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR: None.
BOARD ACTIONS: None.
BOARD COMMENTS: None.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Chair Hart adjourned the meeting at 7:35 p.m. to
Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. for the public Business Session, in the
City Council Chamber.
