SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
CLOSED SESSION (610.85)
A Closed Session was held for the following purposes, as authorized by statute:
1. Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8, the Redevelopment Agency
Board met with its Real Property Negotiator (Executive Director) concerning the
purchase of certain real property more particularly described as APN 121-253-13
& 121-253-15. The Agents representing the adjacent property owners are Ken
Steelman and Brent Ryhlick.
2. Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8, the Redevelopment Agency
Board met with its Real Property Negotiator (Executive Director) concerning the
potential sale (price and terms) of certain real property more particularly
described as APN 666-241-07. The party representing the potential seller is Bob
Irish.
Chairman Soto called the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Juan
' Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 7:28 p.m.

Vice Chairman Wyatt Hart, Chairman Joe Soto
BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: David Adams, Executive Director; Molly Bogh, Deputy Director;
Cynthia L. Russell, Finance Officer; Meg Monahan, Agency Secretary; John Shaw,
Agency Council; and Eileen White, Recording Secretary.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED SESSION ACTIONS - None
CONSENT CALENDAR
Board Action: Moved by Director Swerdlin, seconded by Director Allevato, and
carried unanimously, 5-0, to approve items 1 through 4 as recommended by staff.

There being no further business, Chairman Soto adjourned the meeting at 7:28 p.m. to
Tuesday, March 21, 2006, at 5:30 p.m. for Closed Session, and 7:00 p.m., for the Public
Business Session, in the City Council Chamber.
