SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
CLOSED SESSION (610.85)
A Closed Session was held for the following purposes, as authorized by statute:
1. Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8, the Redevelopment Agency
Board met with its Real Property Negotiator (City Manager) concerning the
potential sale (price and terms) of certain Agency owned real property, more
particularly described as APN 121-240-39 & 121-240-73. The party representing
the potential buyer, Automotive Investment Group (AIG), is Michael Pacheco.
2. Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8, the Redevelopment Agency
Board met with its Real Property Negotiator (City Manager) concerning the
potential Agency purchase (price and terms) of certain real property more
particularly described as APN 121-253-13 & 121-253-15. The Agent
representing the selling party is Ken Steelman.
Chairman Soto called the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Juan
Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 8:34 p.m.

Vice Chairman Wyatt Hart, Chairman Joe Soto
BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: David Adams, Executive Director; Molly Bogh, Deputy Director;
Cynthia L. Russell, Finance Officer; Meg Monahan, Agency Secretary; John Shaw,
Agency Council; and Eileen White, Recording Secretary.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED SESSION ACTIONS - None
CONSENT CALENDAR
Board Action: Moved by Director Hart, seconded by Director Bathgate, and
carried unanimously, 5-0, to approve items 1 through 4 as recommended by staff.

DECEMBER 31, 2005 TO THE CALIFORNIA DEBT AND INVESTMENT

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chairman Soto adjourned the meeting at 8:35 p.m. to
Tuesday, February 21, 2006, at 5:30 p.m. for Closed Session, and 7:00 p.m., for the
Public Business Session, in the City Council Chamber.
