Chairman Soto called the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Juan
Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 9:20 p.m.

White, Recording Secretary.

Board Action: Moved by Vice Chairman Hart, seconded by Director Allevato, and
carried unanimously, 5-0, to approve items 1 through 4 as recommended by staff.
1. MINUTES OF THE NOVEMBER 1, 2005 COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVED AS SUBMITTED.
2. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE WARRANTS DATED NOVEMBER 10, 2005, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $848.27 AND PAYROLL WARRANTS DATED NOVEMBER 22,
2005, IN THE AMOUNT OF $14,732.45, RECEIVED AND FILED. (300.30)
3. CASH BALANCES BY FUND, OCTOBER 2005, RECEIVED AND FILED.

4. CONSIDERATION OF REPORT OF INVESTMENTS, MONTH ENDING
