Chairman Soto called the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Juan
Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 7:30 p.m.

CONSENT CALENDAR
Board Action: Moved by Director Hart, seconded by Director Bathgate, and
carried unanimously, 4-0, to approve items 1 and 2 as recommended by staff.
1. MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF OCTOBER 18, 2005, APPROVED
AS SUBMITTED.
2. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE WARRANTS DATED OCTOBER 27, 2005, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $30,667.95, RECEIVED AND FILED. (300.30)

There being no further business, Chairman Soto adjourned the meeting at 7:30 p.m. to
Tuesday, December, 6, 2005, at 5:30 p.m. for Closed Session, and 7:00 p.m., for the
Public Business Session, in the City Council Chamber.
