Chairman Soto called the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Juan
Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 8:56 p.m.

BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: None

Cynthia L. Russell, Finance Officer; Meg Monahan, Agency Secretary; John Shaw,
Agency Counsel; and Elizabeth White, Recording Secretary.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED SESSION ACTIONS - None
CONSENT CALENDAR
Board Action: Moved by Director Bathgate, seconded by Director Hart, and
carried unanimously, 5-0, to approve items 1 & 2 as recommended by staff.
1. MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF JUNE 21, 2005, APPROVED AS
SUBMITTED.
2. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE WARRANTS DATED JULY 7, 2005, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $23,265.31, RECEIVED AND FILED. (300.30)

There being no further business, Chairman Soto adjourned the meeting at 8:57 p.m. to
Tuesday, August 2, 2005, at 5:30 p.m. for Closed Session, and 7:00 p.m. for the Public
Business Session, in the City Council Chamber.
