Chairman Soto called the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Juan
Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 9:08 p.m.

Agency Counsel; and Eileen White, Recording Secretary.

CONSENT CALENDAR
Board Action: Moved by Director Bathgate, seconded by Director Hart, and
carried unanimously, 5-0, to approve items 1 & 2 as recommended by staff.
1. MINUTES OF THE MAY 17, 2005 COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
APPROVED AS SUBMITTED.
2. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE WARRANTS DATED JUNE 9, 2005, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $182,483.62, RECEIVED AND FILED. (300.30)
PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. RESOLUTION NO. CRA 05-06-21-01 ADOPTED APPROVING THE FISCAL
YEAR 2005/2006 SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OPERATING AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT BUDGET.

Description: The Fiscal Year (FY) 2005/2006 Community Redevelopment
Agency budget provides revenue and expenditure projections for the coming
years. Staff recommended the Board adopt a resolution approving the FY
2005/2006 San Juan Community Redevelopment Agency Operating and Capital
Improvement Budget.

Finance Officer.
Presentation: Cynthia L. Russell, Finance Officer, summarized the staff report.
Chairman Soto opened the public hearing and there being no public testimony,
closed the public hearing.
Board Action: Moved by Director Swerdlin, seconded by Director Allevato,
and carried unanimously, 5-0, to adopt Resolution No. CRA 05-06-21-01,
entitled "A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN
JUAN CAPISTRANO COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ADOPTING
THE FISCAL YEAR 2005/2006 BUDGET AND AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURES
AND APPROPRIATIONS RELATED THERETO."

There being no further business, Chairman Soto adjourned the meeting at 9:11 p.m. to
Tuesday, July 5, 2005, at 5:30 p.m. for Closed Session, and 7:00 p.m. for the Public
