REGULAR AND TELECONFERENCED MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Campbell called the June 6, 2023, Regular and Teleconferenced meeting of the
San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority to order at 6:21 p.m.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair John Campbell, Vice -Chair John Taylor and
Commissioners Troy Bourne, Howard Hart, and Sergio Farias (Attended by
Teleconference).
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Bourne, seconded by Commissioner Hart,
and carried unanimously to approve consent calendar item B1, as recommended by staff.

City Council Chamber — Nydegger Building, 31421 La Matanza Street, San Juan
Capistrano.
