Chairman Bathgate called the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the San
Juan Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 7:45 p.m.
ROLL CALL
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Wyatt Hart, David M. Swerdlin, Joe Soto, Vice
Chairman Sam Allevato, Chairman Bathgate.
BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: David Adams, Executive Director; Molly Bogh, Deputy Director;
Cynthia L. Russell, Finance Officer; Margaret R. Monahan, Agency Secretary; John
Shaw, Agency Counsel; Douglas Dumhart, Economic Development Manager; and
Eileen White, Recording Secretary.

Board Action: Moved by Director Swerdlin, seconded by Director Hart, and carried
unanimously, 5-0, to approve items 1 through 4 as recommended by staff.

APPROVED AS SUBMITTED.
2. REPORT OF INVESTMENTS, MONTH ENDING AUGUST 31, 2004, RECEIVED
AND FILED. (350.30)
3. CASH BALANCES BY FUND, AUGUST 31, 2004, RECEIVED AND FILED.

4. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE WARRANTS DATED SEPTEMBER 16, 2004, IN THE

There being no further business, Chairman Bathgate adjourned the meeting at 7:46
