Vice Chairman Bathgate called the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the San
Juan Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 7:34 p.m.
ROLL CALL
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Wyatt Hart, David M. Swerdlin, Joe Soto, Vice
Chairman Bathgate.
BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: David Adams, Executive Director; John Shaw, Agency Counsel;
Maria Guevara, Secretary; Cynthia L. Russell, Finance Officer; Bill Cunningham, Interim
Deputy Director; William M. Huber, Engineering and Building Director; Amy Amirani,
Public Works Director; Lt. J. B. Davis, Chief of Police Services; Douglas D. Dumhart,
Economic Development Manager; and Eileen White, Recording Secretary.
CONSENT CALENDAR
Moved by Director Swerdlin, seconded by Director Hart, and carried unanimously, 4-0,
to approve items 1 & 2 as recommended by staff.
MINUTES OF THE JANUARY 20, 2004, COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY MEETING APPROVED AS SUBMITTED,
2. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE WARRANTS OF JANUARY 22, 2004, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $82,861.34, RECEIVED AND FILED.

There being no further business, Vice Chairman Bathgate adjourned the meeting at
7:35 p.m. to Tuesday, March 2, 2004, at 5:00 p.m. for Closed Session, and 7:00 p.m.,
for the Public Business Session, in the City Council Chamber.
