Chairman Hart called the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Juan
Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 7:58 p.m.

CONSENT CALENDAR
Board Action: Moved by Director Swerdlin, seconded by Director Gelff and carried
unanimously, 5-0 to approved items 1 and 2, as recommended by staff.
1. MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF AUGUST 19, 2003, APPROVED
AS SUBMITTED.
2. CRA ACCOUNTS PAYABLE WARRANTS DATED AUGUST 21, 2003, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $1,690,673.55, RECEIVED AND FILED (300.30)
BOARD ACTIONS
1. RESOLUTION NO. CRA 03-09-16-01, RECREATIONAL VEHICLE (RV)
STORAGE YARD RATE INCREASE APPROVED. (670.10)
Description: Results of a survey indicate the current average price per linear
foot of a storage space is $3.43. To remain competitive in the market, staff
recommends a rate increase to $3.40 per linear foot.

Presentation: Cynthia L. Russell, Acting Executive Director/Finance Officer,
summarized the staff report.
Board Action:Moved by Director Swerdlin, seconded by Vice Chairman Soto, and
carried unanimously, 5-0, to adopt Resolution No. CRA 03-09-16-01, entitled "A
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN JUAN
CAPISTRANO COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, TO INCREASE
THE CRA RV STORAGE YARD RATE FROM $3.25 PER LINEAR FOOT TO
$3.40 PER LINEAR FOOT — 31771 LOS RIOS STREET."
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chairman Hart adjourned the meeting at 8:01 p.m. to a
regular meeting, Tuesday, October 7, 2003, at 5:30 p.m. for Closed Session and 7:00
p.m. for the Public Business Session in the City Council Chamber.
