WARRANTS DATED NOVEMBER 27, 2002, IN THE AMOUNT OF $29,955.19, DECEMBER 12, 2002, IN THE AMOUNT OF $70,564.45, AND DECEMBER 26, 2002, IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,487,464.26 RECEIVED AND FILED. (300.30) PUBLIC HEARING: MID-TERM REVIEW OF THE FIVE YEAR IMPLEMENTATION PLAN 2002-2005 FOR THE CENTRAL REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (400.60) Project Description: In 1993 the State Assembly passed Bill 1290 referred to as "the Community Redevelopment Law Reform Act of 1993." One of the requirements is that redevelopment agencies adoptfive year implementation plans that describe the specific goals and objectives of the agency for the project area, the specific programs, including potential projects, and estimated expenditures proposed forthe implementation plan period. The agency must also identify how it plans to meet its affordable housing obligations. Although no formal action is required Staff is recommending continuing with the current projects, programs and expenditures as described in the Implementation Plan. Written Communications: Report dated January 7, 2003 from Douglas Dumhart, Principal Management Analyst. Oral Presentation: Douglas Dumhart, Principal Management Analyst, reviewed the staff recommendation. Public Testimony: Chairman Hart opened the public hearing. There being no response, Chairman Hart closed the public hearing and there was no action taken. BOARD ACTIONS: - None CRA Minutes 2 1-7-03 ADJOURNMENT There being no further business, Chairman Hart adjourned the meeting at 7:37 p.m. to a Regular meeting, Tuesday, January 21, 2003 at 5:30 p.m. for Closed Session and 7:00 p.m. for the Public Business Session in the City Council Chamber.
